1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zim Gold Trading website and your engagement with our gold buying services. By using this website or transacting with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
Zim Gold Trading is a licensed gold buying agent operating under the Fidelity Gold Refinery framework. We purchase gold from artisanal and small-scale miners in Zimbabwe in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Eligibility to Sell
To sell gold to us, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) hold a valid government-issued ID; (c) have legal authority to sell the gold presented (mining claim, tribute agreement, or other lawful basis); and (d) comply with all applicable Zimbabwean laws.
4. Pricing and Payment
Buying rates are indicative and subject to change. The final rate is confirmed at the point of assay. Payment is made in USD cash upon agreement. You are not obligated to sell once an assay has been conducted.
5. Compliance Obligations
All transactions are subject to Zimbabwe's Anti-Money Laundering Act and Fidelity Gold Refinery regulations. We are required to verify your identity and the source of your gold. We report all transactions as required by law.
